Cancellation & Rescheduling

You may cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance without penalty. Appointments cancelled with less notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the purchase price. Appointments cancelled within 24 hours of the scheduled time are nonrefundable.

If you wish to reschedule your appointment, please do so with at least 48 hours’ notice. You may reschedule with less notice than that for a fee of 20% of the purchase price.
